A prior ten-year activity in provision and distribution of industrial goods especially Electric Motors in local markets and also imports from East Germany, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and China led to the establishment of Shivakhazar in 1996. Due to the increase in the price of Electric Motors in the above mentioned countries as a result of economic and political changes such as the re-union of Germany and changes in the governments in Bulgaria and Yugoslavia Shivakhazar entered a new phase in its activities and started a series of negotiations with Italian producers in 1996. Consequently it could obtain agency from some prominent producers of Stainless Steel(TELLARINI POMPE) and Gear Pumps for food and chemical industry(MENCARELLI POMPE), External Vibrators (OMB), Concrete Vibrators (pneumatic and electrical) , Power Trowels, High pressure plunger pumps and added these commodities to its import articles. Since 2002 Shivakhazar has started another line of imports in Stock and used industrial goods from Europe and Asia in broad range including Industrial Electric Motors(AC&DC),Industrial reducers, Hoists, different kinds of pumps; Industrial Bearings, Production line machineries,etc . China with the diversity in production has turned into a global industrial workshop which has had a great impact on the local markets of the world. Considering this fact since 2008 Shivakhazar has attempted the import of different goods such as : Hand Sprayers, Concrete Vibrators, Electric Motors and Agricultural Equipments from China. In the same year Shivakhazar started some negotiations with the Indian company Dropco, the producer of lubricating equipments and could obtain the sole agency for that company. In 2009 Shivakhzar got another agency from the South Korean civil equipments producer, JCF Machinery Co. Alongside with the mentioned activities, Shivakhazar has provided other needed goods such as construction equipments(Iron Bars, Bars, Measuring Tools and Pneumatic Tools).
